If you wish to examine any of these public documents, please come to the clerk's office at 601 Colorado Avenue, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM/12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM/4:00 PM.
Handles sale of cemetery plots, and maintains cemetery deeds and burial records as permanent files.
Handles registration of animals such as fowl, pigeons, rabbits, and pot-bellied pigs.
Registers and maintains records on vicious dogs.
Handles property and insurance claims filed against the city.
Provides election information.
Files and maintains minutes of City Council and Utilities Board meetings.
Provides information on voluntary recycling programs.
Additional services provided through the Finance Department:
Collection of utility payments (water, electric, sewer, and sanitation).
Dog licenses (other than vicious dog registration).
Sales tax licenses.
