That means it contains all of the subdirectories of the original minutes directory. You cannot open the individual files from within the zipped file. Save this zip file to your computer's hard drive. Use your compression utility (WinZip; UltimateZip, etc) to open the file. and then to extract all of the files to a directory on your computer's hard drive. This will reestablish the original directory structure, keeping the files in order. Then use Adobe Reader 6.0 or later to open whichever file you wish.
